This course is suitable for learners who have completed Upper Beginner 2 or are ready to move into a more advanced stage of communication, focusing on nuance, grammar complexity, and socially appropriate language.

As a general guideline, this class is a good fit for students who:
✔️ Have completed Japanese for Busy People 2 (Lessons 1–16), or have an equivalent upper beginner-level foundation

In this course, you will gain the ability to express more nuanced and sophisticated ideas in Japanese, including:

💬 Expressing interpersonal nuance
advice, desires, and explanations

🧠 Handling complex grammar
passive, causative, and causative-passive forms

🏢 Using polite and social language
basic honorific and humble expressions

🗣️ Practical communication skills
👉 communicating more appropriately and naturally in social and semi-formal situations
