Beginner2

Time: 6:00am-8:00pm
Day: Tuesday
Starting date: 5th June

Beginner1 is for completely beginner.
We use the indirect method (teaching Japanese in English) because students will be more confident to understand what the teacher says and participate in class. Each class is designed along with the textbook, Japanese for Busy People, and the students will be able to learn the grammar structures through a variety of activities.

This course aims to:
– Learn basic Japanese.
– Understand Japanese writing systems and culture throughout useful expressions.
– Be able to do self-introduction, talk about daily routine and activities.

Upper-Beginner2

Time: 6:00-8:00pm
Day: Monday
Starting date: 4th June

After studying basic Japanese, you will think you would like to learn Japanese more to communicate in Japanese so that you will understand Japanese culture more and love Japan more! Upper-Beginner1 is for you as this course is for people who has already started to learn Japanese and applicants are expected to have finished Te-form and Nai-form to join this course. Students will learn complicated but useful grammar structures and expressions so that they can express more detailed schedule, opinion, preference, and experience.

This course aims to:
– Be able to describe preference and talk about own schedule in detail.
– Be able to make advice according to one’s experiences.
– Develop knowledge of Japanese culture.

Intermediate1

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Day: Saturday
Starting date: 9th June

Intermediate1 is for people who have finished Japanese for Busy People III/みんなの日本語L50/Genki L23 or HSC Japanese Continuers/Extension(some grammar preview required). Students will learn more complicated grammar structures and synonyms based on what they have learnt at Beginner/Upper-Beginner/Pre-Intermediate. Some authentic materials such as videos with native Japanese will be introduced at this stage to be familiar with native Japanese talk.

This course aims to:
– Become fluent at different language style.
– Develop language skills through expressive activities.
– Understand Japanese society and culture in particular topics.

Japanese PLUS

Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Day: Wednesday
Starting date: 6th June

Japanese PLUS is for people who are studying or finished late-intermediate and/or Advanced course. We got a lot of request to open a course for Advanced learners and keeping their general Japanese skills throughout a variety of activities. In this course, the teacher pick up a topic for each week and do discussion, presentation, reading and watch news to broaden students’ knowledge as well as communication skills in Japanese.

This course aims to:
– Keep Japanese language skill.
– Develop Japanese language skill to be able to work and study in Japan.
– Fluently communicate with Japanese people in any topics.

＊Intermediate and  PRO course require applicants to take level check test.
